This Privacy Policy describes how Finnsul Wellness, LLC (“Finnsul,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our Sites, purchase our products, participate in promotions or contests (including via Google Forms), engage with our email/SMS marketing, or interact with Finnsul Channels (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
1) Personal Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically, and from third parties:
A. You provide to us, e.g. when you:
- Create an account or place an order: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, payment details (processed by our payment processor), order history.
- Enter a contest or promotion (e.g., via Google Forms): name, email, phone (SMS), mailing address, social handles (optional), and any content you submit.
- Marketing opt-ins: email and SMS preferences, survey responses.
- Contact customer support: communications and related metadata (timestamps, communication channel).
B. Automatic collection (via cookies, pixels, SDKs, or similar):
- Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, session timestamps, pages viewed, clicks, and general location (city/region).

4) Contests & Joint Marketing
From time to time, Finnsul may offer contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions.
- Entry forms will clearly describe how personal information is used for administering the promotion and contacting winners.
- Marketing communications are sent only if you separately opt in.
- You may withdraw consent at any time using the methods described in this Policy.
5) When We Share Information
We may share personal information with:
- Service providers that perform services on our behalf (payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support, marketing platforms, SMS/email providers, fulfillment and shipping).

- U.S. state privacy rights: request access, deletion, correction, portability, and opt out of targeted advertising.
- EEA/UK residents: request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing; withdraw consent at any time.
Submit requests to privacy@finnsul.com. We may verify your identity and honor requests submitted by authorized agents where permitted by law.
9) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.
10) State Disclosures; Do Not Sell/Share
Residents of certain states (e.g., California) may opt out of “sharing”/“targeted advertising.” You can exercise this right by emailing privacy@finnsul.com and including “Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information” in the subject, or by using the [Do Not Sell/Share] link in our footer (if available). We honor browser-based global privacy control (GPC) signals where required by law.
11) International Transfers
If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.
13) Biometric / Virtual Try-On (If Offered)
If we offer virtual try-on or similar features, any facial mapping occurs locally/in-session, is used only to provide the feature, and is not retained after the session ends (except to the extent you expressly save content). We do not sell or use biometric data for advertising.
14) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be posted on the Sites with a new “Last updated” date.
